As the main contractor, Chap
Cable needed a system to manage and control each job, from a day to day basis, and also
post job status reports on the internet every few hours to give BT and on site engineers
accurate progress information.
Working to very strict deadlines
we produced a system that successfully went live last summer, and has since been found to
have produced significant operational savings, as a direct result of the increased
efficiencies that the system has provided.
Sysnet are currently involved in
the next Phase of this project, which includes full e-business integration with BTs
systems, which will provide a high degree of automation of the information passed between
client and contractor.
