Sysnet has a very longstanding
relationship with Merthyr County Borough. We have been developing systems for the
authority for many years, covering a number of different application areas.
We have provided Merthyr’s stores and purchasing system for over 15 years and we are now
developing the next phase of this system. The new system will include an intranet based
online client procurement module, to enable client departments to place online orders
directly through the central purchasing department. Ledger postings are created by the
system to produce an interface into the authorities new central accounting system.
